easyStorage is looking for a results-driven Sales Desk Manager to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs effectively. The Sales Desk Manager will be responsible for leading a small team of in-bound Sales and Customer Service agents, whilst continuing to grow and develop the team. If you understand the technical aspects of running a sales desk, are well organised and capable of teaching your processes and strategies to your team and want to be part of a new, fast-growing business we’re excited to talk with you.

This is a key position at the heart of our business, reporting directly to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.

Sales Desk Manager responsibilities and duties
    
- Responsible for the Sales Desk P&L
- Design the end-to-end sales process including technical elements of call answering and CRM systems
- Asses the strengths and weaknesses of your Sales Team and manage the sales strategy accordingly
- Create an appropriate commission structure that will motivate your Sales Agents
- Design and establish automated sales and KPI reports
- Implement an effective hiring strategy and forecast growth and build the team to meet the needs of the business
- Implement a training and mentoring program to support your Sales Agents
- Provide timely daily, weekly and monthly reports to showcase the Sales Desk performance and develop new automated dashboards to provide insight as appropriate
- Effectively review and manage sales desk rosters
- Manage the Customer Service team and ensure that workflows are structured to ensure efficiency across the team
- Work closely with our Franchisees, building relationships and providing training. Participating in franchise events as require

This is an office-based, telephone sales role and the ideal candidate will have previous inbound contact / call centre experience, with a sales-through service approach to converting and closing inbound enquiries to sales.

We have a unique opportunity for a talented Customer Experience Agent, with a passion for establishing connections and enhancing the experience for the customer, to join our growing Customer Experience team based in our Uxbridge headquarters.  

The right candidate will have an eye for detail and and enjoy providing solutions for our customers over the telephone and e-mail. They will have a drive to delight our customers by giving them outstanding customer support both over the phone and email in a fast-paced setting and take responsibility for their position and all that it comes with.

This is an office-based role, and the ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a firm emphasis on details are essential.

Although previous self-storage experience would be advantageous, it’s by no means a must. We are looking for someone who is adaptable to new environments with quick-thinking abilities. Someone who will remain organised and is able to handle task prioritisation in a dynamic office setting. In this role 

As the SEO Manager on the Growth team at easyStorage, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SEO program, which is a key focus in our rapid company growth. You'll be responsible for all technical SEO of the large easyStorage website, as well as manager for all on-page optimisation projects throughout the platform and the blog, including research, strategy and implementation. You will also directly contribute to conversion optimisation across all organic content.

You will report directly to the director of marketing.

What you will do:

•Manage the implementation of all SEO projects cross-functionally
•Conduct advanced keyword research and on-page optimisation for page redesigns and new products
•Own Technical SEO, including auditing, strategy, implementation and management of all fixes
•Provide reporting, analytics and insights for SEO projects and overall goalsProactively conduct regular competitive analysis for new opportunities
•Contribute to strategy for conversion optimisation of all organic content/pages

Ideally, you will have: 

• A track record of successful SEO growth projects
• Experience in planning, and executing complex SEO strategies
• Understanding of attribution, tracking and cross-channel marketing

You will be responsible for transforming easyStorage ideas into reality. Each product or feature is treated like a mini-startup within easyStorage, with resources allocated from core engineering, web development, product marketing, project management and design teams. You will be working with close-knit teams throughout the feature lifecycle, from defining the requirements, acting as product owner during delivery, and working with marketing to ensure a successful launch.

You will be successful if you:

• Know what a good product looks like and can articulate your vision to others to help inspire and focus
• Have some experience with product delivery of APIs and developer-focused web products
• Like solving a diverse set of problems that may range from technical API design through to user-focused UX challenges
• Enjoy talking with teams, partners and customers to validate product development ideas and their requirements
• Deeply care about customer experience

Day to day you will:

• Work with senior managers and the engineering teams to maintain the product and platform roadmap
• Cultivate a deep knowledge of operations problems through research, engagement with the developer community, and customer interviews. You will drive initiatives to validate demand and commercial value of new features
• Be embedded within the delivery teams, UX, and engineering to make trade-offs, steward the delivery process, and close gaps in requirements
• Communicate problem statements and product (solution) requirements to engineering and document them in writing, along with UX wireframes or API scaffolding where appropriate
• Work with product marketing and wider marketing teams to deliver go-to-market plans for new products and features
• Define, monitor, and analyse product metrics, and feed learnings back into the development process
• Clearly communicate product plans, tradeoffs, and results to a wide range of audiences
• Assume the Product Owner role in our agile delivery process

Ideally, you will have: 

• Some product management experience
• Experience building SaaS / Cloud API product
• You’re comfortable when things get technical and are able to write code (in any modern language) to build prototypes that use our APIs
• Experience defining APIs, documentation, and building UX prototypes
• Strong background delivering solutions for developers
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
