easyStorage prides itself on its great reviews for its self storage services. This pride remains undented: by the end of July, 4467 people had given us a TrustPilot score of 4.8/5. Well over 90% had awarded us 5/5.
easyStorage has an excellent score on Trustguide, the AI reputation checker.
We took a closer look and broke down July’s TrustPilot reviews which were all 5/5, bar one who still gave us a positive review, but there had been some confusion over pricing.
Over a third of customers leaving reviews spontaneously mentioned in them how friendly, polite and compassionate the easyStorage teams are; and almost half noted how helpful, careful and considerate they are.
Other fabulous comments included how quick, timely, fuss-free and efficient the service is, and a third mentioned how orderly and professional the teams are.
Hidden in the review texts were some personal stories.
One of our teams had ‘saved’ Robin. He had broken down on the way to the storage unit, loaded with belongings, with just ten minutes to spare until he was due to arrive. (We’ve all experienced that ‘oh no, not now’ feeling when things go wrong when you least need them to!) In his own words:
“They came out and first fixed my insurmountable breakdown problem and then stored my items.”
It’s very rewarding that he then later described the team as:
“True quintessential English gentlemen, full of heart and compassion.”
Unsung heroes indeed!
Daniel had his easyStorage team come and pack for him, which, with obvious relief, he noted “really took the pressure off us.”
Funnily enough, no-one mentioned prices in their reviews – it’s the quality of the service that shines through. Apart from Emily from Nottingham, that is. Her review deserves to be quoted!
“easyStorage said they only started at 35sqf. However, their cost was literally half the price of another competitor who wanted double for a 10sqf.”
So despite the relative lack of price mentions, we’re not fooling ourselves that prices don’t matter – of course they do. It’s a given that people will shop around for best value. That’s why we recently introduced a best price promise.
But cheap self storage doesn’t have to be poor quality or bad service. We believe our easyStorage teams across the country prove this one a daily basis. easyStorage simply does things differently to keep costs down. And we recruit our franchisees as much for their personal qualities as for their business acumen – they all have a vested interest in making sure our customers are well treated.
And as the reviews show, it’s a formula that’s working well so far.
