In our continued effort to make your user experience smoother, simpler and more secure we are changing our payment card merchant from SagePay to Stripe. Stripe is used by over 50% of the leading websites in the UK and we are happy to be joining them from the 15th October 2020.
This will mean that you will need to enter your card details once again - sorry! - but you will only have to do it once.
Here's a step by step guide:
Step 1: Login to your account
If you don't remember your password, please click "Forgotten your password?" link, a password reset email will be sent to your registered email address and you will be asked to enter a new password.
Step 2: Access your payment page
Once logged in, you will land on your account page, please click on the button "PAYMENTS", as shown in the below figure.
Step 3: Add your card details
You're almost done, Type in your card details in the "Add New Card field", then click the button "ADD CARD DETAILS".
That was it, your card details are now up to date, and will be used for your future billings with easyStorage, please note that you are able to add multiple cards, and set your card of choice as default.
